Are these the real prices?
Yes. These are the list prices published on 3 October 2026. A product marked Preview is specified and priced, and it is not generally available yet. A product marked Coming soon is not for sale.
Will I be charged during the preview?
Text to speech is metered at $0.012 per 1,000 characters when that API is enabled. The other products stay in preview and are not billed until they are generally available.
How are characters counted?
Every character of input text counts, including spaces and punctuation. Text you send but cancel before audio is rendered is not counted.
What does an agent minute include?
Listening, turn detection, the conversation engine and speech for one minute of a live session. Phone minutes are billed separately.
